I dedicate Spirit-Nrg Website to my dear husband Eric for his love and support through the years, He is playing the tune on 
this page. I would also like to thank my sons Andrew and Peter for their love and support.

This website has been set up to share the knowledge I am given from the spirit world with the hope that it will help others 
along their earthly paths. I hope you enjoy reading the inspired writings and find something for yourselves in them, we are
all unique and have different paths to follow so please except what is right for you from them. I would like to thank all the 
people who have given me their permission to use their work.

I have made a few changes since I started this website in 1999 when it was called Celtic Spirit, it was changed to Spirit-Nrg
in 2009 to mark our 10th Anniversary. I now use the name Celtic Spirit for a member based Lyceum for all things Spiritual.
