Earth Healing

Let us start from basics. If you view your hand, for instance, you should be aware that its continued existence and purpose relies on the adequate flow of blood to each and every particle of flesh, muscle and bone. In this case, it is all held together by the constraints of the skin, which also has to be kept alive. There are myriad capillaries, veins and arteries running every which way under the surface. Prick yourself anywhere and you draw blood. With Planet Earth there are also a vast number of these 'veins' and such like that keep the Earth 'alive'. Some of these are widely known as Ley Lines, but there isn't, as I understand it, any area over the surface that hasn't got an energy line crossing it in some direction. Everyone, therefore, has a line of some degree of energy running through his or her home.

In an effort to keep things simple, let me explain that we are all aware of colour and that we have scientifically proven that all colours are an admixture of the various base colours of the spectrum. Similarly, whilst not scientifically proven (as yet), it is not too much of a leap to recognise that that there is a similar admixture of energies that surround us all. Readily recognised by every sensitive (be they Healers or Mediums) who has attuned themselves to the Spirit Worlds. At one energy vibration we have our dearly loved friends and family, then there are the Guides and Helpers at a slightly different energy vibration, even though they interact very closely together Often we are unaware of that difference which may only be so very slight, almost like black and white adjacent notes on a piano keyboard.

Endeavouring to work with the Earth Energies required a degree of mediumship re-alignment in order to bridge the different energy levels, tuning away from the more commonly known Spirit energies towards our goal. There are many names for these energies, but, in essence, they are simply names of convenience. Something to give us a clue towards the energy levels being contacted and worked with. For example, Faeries, Elementals, National and International Energies.

Getting back to our Energy Lines that criss-cross the Planet, in my experience, whilst these are very stable, we do occasionally get breakdowns as a reaction to humanity's engineering feats. Contrary to some belief, motorways and housing projects have little real effect on the flow of energy. Neither of these will make any difference, as far as the Earth Energy flow is concerned. It is the major, earth reforming activities that cause the problems. By way of example, a couple of short anecdotes to demonstrate the sort of thing that does cause a problem.

For a time I was privileged to live in Derbyshire and the Reservoirs up by Snake Pass on the A57 in the Peak District National Park were brought to my attention. Some years ago a Dam had been constructed to make the Ladybower Reservoir. This had proven insufficient and, over a period of time, two further Dams had been constructed to produce the Derwent and the Howden Reservoirs (this last even saw the flooding of a whole village to make it possible). This gave us three large expanses of water where Nature had not intended them to be. The Energy Lines were, therefore, unstable, and it was necessary (to put it crudely) to 'staple' them back into place. Similarly, in the area of the little village of Iserfjordur in Northeast Iceland, the Energies were destabilised by the engineering feat of drilling a Y tunnel through a very large mountain to link three villages together during the winter snow and ice. Co-incidentally (?) we were there during the time of the drilling and were 'called in' to 'fix' the instability.

However, we have to be aware that Life, in whatever form, is about progression and evolution. In 1987 England was hit with hurricanes. I was as upset as many others at the ravages and destruction caused by the might of the winds. As I walked to work the following morning (all the roads were blocked), scrambling over or under fallen trees my heart wept! As I passed a small wooded area the Spirit of the Wood soothed me by advising that all Life is about Death and Rebirth. The removal of the old in order for the new to be born and grow. Nature works in the same way, even if we (humans) are unaware of the longer term goals. In mundane terms this has proved true as, some while later, I visited West Wood in Hadleigh, Southeast Essex. The foresters had cleared away the debris and lain new paths, incorporating disabled access that allowed wheelchairs and their occupants to enter and enjoy the delights of the natural woodland.

We have to be careful, however, in determining what needs to done as an Earth Healer. It does not give us carte blanche to march into a perceived 'problem' and throw energies around willy-nilly. It doesn't work like that. I have mentioned, in passing, a Spirit of the Wood. As we are already aware, everything has a Spirit Life Force that sustains the life and presence of whatever. For instance, a tree has an individual Life Force, but if you get a number of trees together, another vibration of the Life Force is created by their close proximity together. A Group Life Force, which acts on behalf of all the trees in the same wood - a sort of Guardian Angel Energy, if you like. This same idea works with fields, hedgerows, towns, villages and even your own home. Each is made up of a number of individual Energies that combine to make a similar Group Energy. Before any Energy work is undertaken it is mandatory that the Healer tunes in to the particular Group Energy and communes to establish whether or not 'physical' assistance is required. 99 times out of a 100, the answer will be "No". Walk away, leave it alone. God, Planet Earth, Nature, or however you like to see it, knows what is going on and is working to it's unknown (to us) agenda. Our interference will not be appreciated, so walk away trusting that things are evolving, as they should.

One final point needs to be made in regard to us – the people. One hears ignorant comments tossed around that such and such an area, street, house or wherever is crossed by Bad or Negative Energy Lines. In my experience - rubbish! There is no such thing as a Bad Energy. Whether or not it could be referred to as Negative is immaterial. All Life requires a positive and a negative side in order for the circuit to be complete. No circuit, no life; as simple as that. When our ancient forebears walked the earth there had been a natural sensitivity towards the Earth Energy Lines and they had dwelt in harmony with them by aligning themselves with them. Nowadays that sensitivity has been lost. People live where architects and designers decide they are going to live, irrespective of the Energy Flow or direction in that area. Often the planners have put those who will be living in a particular house out of alignment with the Natural Energy. Living, for instance, at an offset angle to the primal energy flow. This is what causes us, the inhabitants, the problems, not the Earth Energies. Our bodies, etc, naturally interact with the Earth Energy so it is our own misjudgement, not that of the Earth. It is down to each of us, individually, to align ourselves to the Energy in any given place. If things are out of harmony, then it is down to each person to harmonise themselves with their environment. The latter will not change, nor be changed, simply because the Earth requires that Energy to flow at that vibration and in that direction in order to maintain the Planet. No flow, no Earth

Obviously this has only been a very brief résumé of my perception of what Earth Healing is but I hope it gives you something to think about.
